Srirupa Dasgupta offers executive and leadership coaching for people who want to increase their leadership impact while working from a place of authenticity and compassion. She helps her clients become leaders who are able to focus on what matters most, expand their ability to take on new challenging responsibilities confidently, and build high-performing teams that are able to deliver what they promise.

She has been practicing as an Integral Coach® for more than 10 years. Past clients include senior mangers, directors and executives from Lonza, Charles Schwab & Co. and Women’s Initiative for Self Employment. She currently serves as adjunct faculty at New Ventures West, a coach training school based in San Francisco, California.

Sri brings a deep understanding of the leader’s role in building successful organizations and businesses. Prior to starting her coaching practice, Sri worked in the corporate sector for 14 years. At McKesson Corp. Sri worked in their healthcare software division for 11 years, where she rose through the ranks from software developer to director of development and technical services. At Lucent Technologies, Sri managed a global team with members in all continents.

Sri graduated from Smith College with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and studio art and is a certified Integral Coach®. She served as President of Silicon Valley Coach Federation (SVCF) from 2004–2006. She was Chair of the Ambassadors’ Club at the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce in 2005, and also regularly taught at the San Francisco Small Business Administration (SBA) for two years. She is the author of Effortless Networking: Everyday Wisdom to Transform Your Business and Life.

She practices integrating the spiritual and the professional and living her values in daily life. She and her husband are raising a multicultural, multifaith and multilingual family. She is the owner of Upohar, a catering business that provides employment opportunities to resettled refugee women residing in her city, while offering the community authentic ethnic foods from the employees’ native countries. She loves dancing Argentine tango! And gardening helps her remember that not everything can be hastened.
